Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your first appointment.

 

We are fully qualified and insured eyelash and eyebrow specialists. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS

 

- A non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients.

- Deposit details will be provided in your appointment confirmation message.

- Your appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

- Please confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

- We recommend booking your future appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

 

2. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

 

- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full treatment price.

- Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice may result in you being unable to book future treatments.

- Please respect our time and the time of other clients who may be waiting for an available appointment.

 

3. APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE

 

- Please attend your appointment alone. Friends, partners and children are not permitted unless agreed in advance.

- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation, depending on the time available.

- For eyelash infills, please arrive with clean lashes, free from makeup and oil-based products. If your lashes require excessive cleaning or the existing extensions are unsuitable for an infill, a full set may be required and charged accordingly.

 

4. HEALTH & SAFETY

 

- Please remove your contact lenses before your eyelash treatment.

- Certain medications and medical conditions may affect the suitability of eyelash extensions. Please inform us of any relevant changes to your health or medication before your appointment.

- If you are taking antibiotics or have recently completed a course, please inform us before booking so we can assess whether your treatment should be postponed.

- Please avoid hair colouring for at least 24 hours after your eyelash treatment, as hair dye may cause eye irritation.

 

5. COMPLAINTS & AFTERCARE

 

- Any concerns or complaints regarding your treatment must be reported within 3 days of the application.

- Following the recommended aftercare instructions is essential to maintain the best possible results and retention.

- We cannot guarantee the longevity of your treatment if aftercare instructions are not followed.
